HSCLNewsParent CouncilComments Off on Campaign for New Second Level School in Dublin 13 for 2019

We are a group of parents from Belmayne Educate Together who have established the Dublin North Educate Together 2nd level school Campaign (

Our campaign is focused on getting a new post-primary school for Dublin 13 included in the next Department of Education and Skills Major School Projects listing for 2019-2020.
We’re focused on lobbying the Department of Education and local politicians for a new post-primary school to service the Dublin 13 area (including the area known as the North Fringe).

To do this we need to gather supporting evidence which will demonstrate that there is strong need within our area for this school.

We need your help!

The key piece of data required at this point is expressions of interest from parents within the Dublin 13 area who have children currently in primary school and who would be eligible to go to post-primary school from 2019 onward.

What to do next

If you are currently living in the Dublin 13 area please complete an expression of interest form on our website Committee

Our committee is made up of the following parents:

  • Fiona Peacham (Chairperson), Kristina Ryan, Sinéad Morris, Alan Farrell, Catherine Grant, Liz Flynn, Sandra Adams and Urszula Ablewicz .
  • We will be stepping up our campaign from September 2016 with increased awareness and interaction with parents, including events and gatherings designed to provide a focal point for the campaign, generate expressions of interest and answer any questions you may have.
  • In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like to get involved please feel free to chat to any of us or make contact through the website.
