As the forecast is bad this week we are changing the venue.
All children must come to school on Friday as normal. Please wear appropriate clothing.
We will divide the sports day between the school grounds for the junior end and Father Collins’ Park for the senior kids. We would run into problems sheltering the children in Trinity Gaels with bad weather.
Parents who have volunteered – we still need you!! Please meet in Viv’s room Friday morning at 8.30AM.
Infant parents – We will need the Basketball Court area to set up so no lining up. Go straight into class on Friday morning when the doors open at 8.30AM.
The PC are running a BBQ etc., on the day… more information to follow.
The Green School Committee of Belmayne ETNS are proud to announce that following on from our inspection we have been awarded our Green Flag for Water!!! We are very proud of this achievement because we have worked hard making big water saving changes to our school over the last two years. But our work is not finished, we would like every home in the Belmayne Community to install Water Hippos, which save approximately 2 litres of water every time you flush the toilet. If you would like to buy a Water Hippo please place your order with your Green School Class Rep or email Viv at firstname.lastname@example.org Finally, we would like all families to start using cleaning products that use less chemicals. If enough people are interested the Green School Committee will buy them in bulk and sell them back to Belmayne families at a competitive rate! A big thank you to the entire school community for getting behind our campaign over the past two years. ...
