Ellen Keane was Ireland’s youngest ever athlete when she swam in the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games. At just 13 years old, she competed impressively, placing sixth in the 100m breaststroke. In 2021, Ellen reached the pinnacle of swimming when she won Gold at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics. We were delighted to welcome Ellen when she visited our school on the 8th of October 2021.
